I love Wenger Knives, and this serrated Journeyman is an excellent example of why.
With so many plier based multitools on the market, the Guppie from ID Works (produced by CRKT) with its adjustable wrench was achieved needed change.
Gerber's Flik multitool may have been short lived, but that is more likely due to its complicated design rather than it's popularity.
Kershaw's Select Fire, designed by Gavin Hawk is, in my opinion anyway, one of the best "Tool knife" type designs out there.
When we think of Victorinox, we think refined, precise designs- but even monkeys fall out of trees, and when that happens, we get things like this- the SportRatchet!
Few tools elicit as much excitement among collectors as the Leatherman MiniTool, despite really being that useful.
It should be obvious that this is not the regular Zilla Tool from Columbia River Knife and Tool. This is a special edition model made for Sports Authority, with red handles.
While it may look like any other one handed opening tactical blade, the Hunter Pro is actually a very cool Swiss Army Knife from Victorinox!
One of the finest modified knives I have is this micarta scaled Victorinox One Hand Trekker from a member who has been missing for far too long.
When it comes to number of functions, few tools are in the same category as the SwissTool from Victorinox. When it comes to cool, very few tools can match the coveted Black Oxide SwissTool.
Is it a super tool? At its core, yes, but not really! Sorry, couldn't help the bad puns.
The Reactor from SOG is an excellent lightweight, light duty EDC tool that packs an awful lot of function into a small package.
A little while ago we looked at the Baton Q2 from SOG, and today we follow up with the Q1.
This may look like any other Super Tinker, but it is, in fact an 84mm model known as the Victorinox Salesman.
What kind of people would write collect and review multitools? Quite simple really- we are designers and do-ers, outdoors types and indoor types, mechanics, doctors, problem solvers and problem makers. As such, we have, as a world spanning community, put every type, size and version of multitool, multifunction knife, pocket knife and all related products to every test we could manage in as many places and environments as there are.
